Our cleaners will always try to arrive on time for your clean however please do note when booking we ask for a 2 hour arrival window to take into account heavy traffic and unforeseen events. We recommend if you need to leave your house for example by 11am that you book your clean for 10:00am-12:00pm arrival to make sure the cleaners are there in plenty of time before you need to leave.
